	    collective bargaining agreement (CBA) negotiation with
	    Dole Philippines, Inc. (Dolefil) said Saturday they have
	    already filed a notice of strike to the National
	    Conciliation and Mediation Board (NCMB) after CBA and
	    Dolefil reached deadlock last month.
