Rustavi 2, Tbilisi, 3 Sept 2004—President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili invited journalists to the Borjomi Gorge where he has been spending the last few days and viewed Borjomi Central Park with them.

President denounced the park administration for its current condition, saying the restoration of the Borjomi infrastructure would become the second priority after Ajara for the government of Georgia.

“Still, there is a number of obstacles, at the first place, the fact that most of the Borjomi infrastructure is on the balance of the Trade Unions”, president told reporters and added that the TU leadership would have to hand over this property to the state. President gave a week deadline to the chairman of the Trade Unions Irakli Tughushi, otherwise, threatened to give him to justice.

Notable, that Irakli Tughushi filed a complaint at the Constitutional Court of Georgia objecting the amendments made to the Public Legal Code and the Labor Code of Georgia.
